Scott Milliken has been with DPD since 1992. Scott started as the Passaic County Lead Trainer and in 2010 became the Executive Director of DPD. Scott earned his Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Seton Hall in 1998, a Graduate Certificate in Non-profit Management in 1997 and a BA degree from Syracuse University in Psychology.
Scott has been a Board member of Visiting Health Services of New Jersey, Saint Joseph’s Hospital and is a Past Grand Knight and active member of the Joseph F. Lamb Council #5510 Knights of Columbus in Oak Ridge. Scott continues his certification as a trainer in CPR and First Aid from the American Red Cross and is an active member of the People Need Friends Program. Scott has been a peer reviewer for the Council on Accreditation since 2010 and he and his family are parishioners of St. Thomas the Apostle in Oak Ridge, NJ.
