Mass celebrated on Oct. 17 at Catholic Academy of Sussex County

The Catholic Academy of Sussex County in Sparta on Oct. 17 welcomed Bishop Kevin J. Sweeney, who celebrated Mass for the opening of the new academic year. The liturgy was concelebrated by priests of the school and others. Afterward, Bishop Sweeney blessed a room at Pope John XXIII Middle School with students and then toured the Rev. George A. Brown Memorial School, where he spent time with students in pre-k and older.
