Pastoral visit to St. Ann Parish

PARSIPPANY  The community of St. Ann Parish here welcomed Bishop Serratelli on Sunday, Feb. 18, as he served as main celebrant and homilist of the 10:30 a.m. Mass for the First Sunday of Lent. Concelebrating the Mass was Father David Pickens, St. Ann’s pastor.

St. Ann Parish was designated as a mission in 1982 and raised to parish status in 1983. It currently serves some 670 families. Since its founding, St. Ann’s has developed a vast network of outreaches to the community-at-large that addresses a wide variety of needs.
