Serra Club hosts annual Mass and beefsteak dinner honoring seminarians, retired priests, golden jubilarians and newly ordained

BOONTON  The Serra Club of Paterson hosted its annual Mass and beefsteak dinner for diocesan seminarians, retired priests, golden jubilarians and the newly ordained priests June 22 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel (OLMC) Parish here near Domus Bartimaeus House of Discernment. Bishop Serratelli was principal celebrant of the Mass with priests from around the diocese as concelebrants including Father Thomas Fallone, pastor of OLMC and Father Hubert Jurjewicz, director of vocations. The Serra Club, whose members are professional businessmen and women, is dedicated to fostering vocations and helps to fund seminarian education. The diocesan chapter was formed in 1958.
