Bishop celebrates vigil Mass for Christmas at Totowa parish

TOTOWA Bishop Serratelli made a pastoral visit to St. James the Marches Church here Dec. 24 and celebrated the Vigil Mass for the Nativity of the Lord which featured prayers in multiple languages.
