Saint Lawrence is currently looking for a part-time Faith Formation Administrative Assistant. The position requires a practicing Catholic with a solid understanding of basic Catholic teachings and involves 20 hours of work each week. The scheduled hours are Monday through Thursday, from 10 AM to 3 PM, with potential assistance needed for Sunday class sessions and special Sacramental events, based on negotiation.
This role requires excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette, and the capability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. The Administrative Assistant will also work closely with the Director of Religious Education as a co-coordinator for the Confirmation Preparation Program. Conversational Spanish would also be helpful. The role entails collaboration with the Faith Formation Director and the team to ensure the program operates smoothly.
