As cast stones arrive for installation, the gilding of the bell tower cross is completed,
dangerous brownstone spalling is removed and prep work for the stained glass
window new protective glazing continues.

New cast stone pinnacles are installed.
Lead coated copper joint covers are intalled in the horizontal joints to prevent water penetration.
Brownstone spalling is removed throughout the facade for safety.
Many heavy bags are filled with the brownstone spalling that was removed.
Existing pinnacles are prepped for closure over the metal rods that supported the original stone finials that were removed in a past renovation many years ago.
The chancel roof is closed after the structural repairs were completed.
Stained glass new protective glazing prep work continues, such as the intallation of the
new t-bars that will support the glazing and templating for the new protective glazing.
The protective glazing installation mock up is approved by the architect and
diocesan project managers.
