WAYNE Bishop Serratelli made a pastoral visit to Annunciation Parish here and celebrated the vigil Mass for the 29th Sunday in Ordinary Time on Oct. 15. During the visit, the Bishop also administered the Sacrament of Confirmation to young people of the parish.
