JUNE 2015 PHASE II EXTERIOR RESTORATION CONTINUES
As the summer starts, the roof and masonry restorations are continuing and the results are evident.
Arthur Sikula, the architect, gives direction to the stained glass studios during the pre-bid conference walk-through.

Unique Scaffolding takes down the North courtyard scaffold after the majority of the work on the North facade has been completed.
Scaffolding removal is completed on the North courtyard facade.
The scaffolding equipment is brought in and erection of the West facade begins.
The Main Street entrance is blocked off with plywood for safety.

The roofers continue to prepare the roofs for the new snow guards.
A boom lift is brought in to complete the masonry repairs and facilitate the punch list inspection on the North courtyard facade and to allow for the chapel survey of the brownstone.
