Rebeca Ruiz-Ulloa, RA

   Rebeca became the first Diocesan architect in July of 2009 and has been instrumental in the renovations of many parishes, including St. Michael?s Church Façade Stabilization project, church additions, roof replacements and repairs, boiler replacements.  Rebeca served the diocesan Project Manager for the Cathedral Restoration project.

      Pastor consultations to include site investigations to evaluate facilities, recommend repairs, provide reports of findings, avoid costly mistakes by finding the best solutions, ensure compliance to Federal, State and Municipal regulatory requirements (avoiding code violations). Site inspections during and at completion of the work.

      Rebeca reviews the Parish Diocesan Permission Forms to Renovate or Repair, proposals from architects, engineers and contractors for appropriate scope of work and comparing price quotes..

      A graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1984, Rebeca is a licensed architect in NJ .She has 35 years of diversified architectural and interior design experience.  Rebeca started her career with the prestigious firm of The Grad Partnership and was a partner for 12 years with Jacobitti Ruiz Architects, LLC.
