5/11 • Former vicar general Msgr. Mahoney celebrates 50 years of priesthood

Retired diocesan priest   Msgr. James Mahoney concelebrated a Mass of Thanksgiving in honor of his 50th anniversary as a priest on May 7 in Corpus Christi Church in Chatham Township. He served Corpus Christi over the course of his priesthood, including as pastor. Msgr. Mahoney also served for 16 years as diocesan vicar general and moderator of the Curia.
